How To Register Online or in Person

Advance registration is required. Payment is due at the time of registration and reserves a child’s place in class. Registrations are processed in the order they are received. You will receive confirmation and class calendars via email. Class sizes are limited.

Tuition

 + $20 for a First time trial class

We offer a one time of $20 for the first class (does not include attire). Trial classes are available if there is still space in the class by the first day of the semester. Students are allowed to attend one trial class for a fee of $20. Students must notify the School Administrator whether or not they plan to register for the class 3 business days or their spot will be forfeited.

Students must commit to a minimum of one semester. 10% discount for students who register for multiple classes. 10% sibling discount.

Attire

The lapa for girls and the T-shirt for boys ($15 each) are INCLUDEd in the semester tuition. Other attire must be provided.

GIRL 9-14:

VACATIONS DAYS WITHOUT CLASSES

  • Saturday November 24th, 2024: Thanksgiving Break

  • Monday, December 24th, 2024 to January 5th, 2019: Christmas Break

  • Monday, January 21st, 2025: Martin Luther King Jr. Day

  • Monday, February 18th, 2025: Mid-Winter Recess

  • Monday, April 22nd, 2025 & Wednesday, April 24th, 2025: Spring Break

  • Saturday, May 25th & Monday, May 27th, 2025: Memorial Day

School Policies

  • Missed Classes: There are no make-up classes at this time.

  • Absences: It is not necessary to report a student’s absence. However, anticipated absences of several classes should be reported to the Front Desk Receptionist.

  • Class Times: Classes begin and end on time. However, please allow a two or three minute grace time in between classes.

  • Level Placement: Level assignments are based on age and proficiency. Systematic progression through each level should not be the expectation.

  • Class Level Adjustments: Students will be placed in classes based on their registration selections. However, it may be necessary to reassign a student to a different class of a more appropriate level.

  • Cancellations: The school reserves the right to cancel any class with an enrollment of less than five students. In the event of class cancellation, we will contact you with a second option, or a full or prorated refund will be given.

Registration 

Enrollment is open throughout the semester. However, enrolling before the first class of the semester is more conducive to students’ learning.

  • Children and Teens Program: This program is designed for students ages 4-18 years old. We do not hold auditions. Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Class size is limited.

  • Parent/Toddler: This program is designed for students 18 months old to 3 years old. We do not hold auditions. Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Class size is limited.

  • Wait List: When class capacity si reached, you will be unable to register. You may choose another class or ask to be added to the waiting list. There is no charge to be on the waiting list. If and when a space becomes available, you will be contacted via phone or email. Full payment is expected upon enrollment.

  • Age Restrictions: A child must reach the age requirement on or before September 30.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF PARENTS AND GUARDIANS

  1. Inform us of any medical, physical or emotional problems your child may have, so we are fully prepared to facilitate.

  2. Children are not allowed in any of the studios without a teacher.

  3. Parents and guardians should clean-up after their children, toys included.

  4. No running in hallways or jumping on the front lobby stairs.

  5. Please fold ALL strollers and line them up next to the designated wall - it's a fire hazard to block stairways.
